The Supervisory Board today elected two members to the Board of Directors – Tomá¹ Pleskaè and Ivo Hlaváè. Tomá¹ Pleskaè will thus continue as a member of the Board of Directors for another four-year term in office from 28 January 2014. Ivo Hlaváè, current Director of Public Affairs at CEZ, has been elected with effect from 19 December 2013 to replace Peter Bodnár, whose term on the Board of Directors of CEZ expired on 21 November.
