ÈEZ, a. s., (A2/A-) successfully priced its offering of EUR 500 million of notes due 2028. The notes will be issued under the established Euro Medium Term Notes Programme. The deal was priced at a spread of 98 basis points above the reference mid-swap rate with the resulting 3.00% coupon. The notes are expected to settle on 5 June 2013.
