(the “Company”) informs that 1,017,820 new ordinary bearer shares of the Company without indication of a nominal value bearing code LU0327357389 (“Shares”), issued pursuant to the share capital increase of which the Company informed in the current report no 37/2016 dated 5 December 2016, were registered in the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierow Wartościowych, “NDS”) and admitted to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) on 2 March 2017. The Shares were registered in the NDS pursuant to resolution no. 118/174 of the Management Board of the NDS dated 24 February 2017 and admitted to trading on the WSE pursuant to resolution no. 182/2017, the Management Board of the WSE dated 1 March 2017. | |||||||||||
