Contents of the report:

In accordance with Art. 115c, para. 2 of the Public Offering of Securities Act Sopharma AD hereby notifies all shareholders of the Company about the decision of the EGM of Sopharma AD that took place on September 14, 2018 regarding the amount and type of 6-month dividend distributed and the terms and conditions for its distribution: EGM approves the proposal by the Board of Directors for the distribution of dividend at the amount of 0.05 BGN /five stotinki/ per share with dividend right. The persons eligible for dividend are those present in the register of the Central Depository 14 days after the day of the EGM on which the 6-Month Financial Report for the first half of 2018 was approved and the decision for dividend was taken, namely the record date: September 28, 2018 (ex-dividend date: September 27, 2018). In accordance with the Regulations of the Central Depository, the dividend shall be paid out as follows: for shareholders with client accounts at an investment intermediary – through the investment intermediary, for shareholders without accounts at an investment intermediary - through the branches of Eurobank EFG - Bulgaria AD /Postbank/ in the country. The company is obligated to pay the dividend within 60 days of the respective GM. The date on which the dividend payment will commence and the total amount of dividend will be announced accordingly.
