| The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that its subsidiary Photon Energy Engineering Australia Pty Ltd. has won a tender by water utility North East Water (serving a population of 110,000 people in Wodonga, north-east Victoria) to act in the capacity of Principal Contractor to design, build and commission a 3 MWp solar power plant and associated infrastructure with off-grid capability adjacent to its Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) located in West Wodonga, Victoria, Australia. The project Scope of Works includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and verification of all systems associated with achieving a functioning plant that integrates and supplies power to the existing WWTP while also enabling power exportation to the grid. This complex project incorporates the 3 MWp solar PV plant with the existing diesel generation capacity so that it will enable the WWTP to continue operations in the event that the WWTP is islanded off-grid. Photon Energy Australia Pty Ltd. is now progressing to the contracting stage with a tendered contract value of AUD 7.284 million (EUR 4.1 million, PLN 18.7 million). | |
