The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that with respect to the transfer of 22,753 shares of Photon Energy N.V. to its employee shares programme, Photon Energy NV decreased its direct share in the capital of Photon Energy N.V. from 14.69% to 14.65%. Prior to the conclusion of the above transaction, Photon Energy NV held 8,813,264 shares in the Company, accounting for 14.69% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. As of 26 June 2020, Photon Energy NV holds 8,790,511 shares, which account for 14.65% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights.
