Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: ‘Issuer’ and ‘Company’) hereby informs, that Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, i.e. October 15, 2020, with effect as of today appointed as a members of the Supervisory Board: 1. Mr. Maurizio Uboldi – Member of the Supervisory Board, 2. Mr. Davide Toso – Member of the Supervisory Board, 3. Mr. Antonio Carvelli – Member of the Supervisory Board, 4. Mr. Dario Dell’Osa – Member of the Supervisory Board, 5. Mrs. Federica Giulia Giovanna Polo – Member of the Supervisory Board, 6. Mrs. Francesca Garofolo – Member of the Supervisory Board, 7. Mrs. Maria Luisa Cammarata – Member of the Supervisory Board, 8. Mr. Donato Di Gilio – Member of the Supervisory Board, 9. Mr. Marcus Preston – Member of the Supervisory Board. Ad 1 Mr. Maurizio Uboldi, declared that he does not know any circumstances that his appointment as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company would violate the law or the Company’s Articles of Association; Moreover, he declared that: (i) he performs activity competitive to the Company having the position of Board member in Gi International S.r.l. with its registered seat in Milan, Italy, whereas the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company allowed Mr. Maurizio Uboldi to perform activity competitive to the Company, pursuant to § 12 sec. 11 of Articles of Association of the Company; (ii) he is not entered into Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of the National Court Register (consolidated text: Dz. U. 2007, No 168, pos. 1186 as amended). Biographical note of Mr. Maurizio Uboldi is attached to this current report as Appendix no 1. Ad 2 Mr. Davide Toso, declared that he does not know any circumstances that his appointment as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company would violate the law or the Company’s Articles of Association; Moreover, he declared that: (i) he performs activity competitive to the Company having the following positions in the below mentioned entities: a) Gi Group Sp. z o.o. – Member of the Management Board, b) Grafton Recruitment Sp. z o.o. – Member of the Management Board, c) Grafton Outsourcing Services Sp. z o.o. – Member of the Management Board, d) Generale Industrielle Polska Sp. z o.o. – Member of the Management Board, e) Wyser Sp. z o.o. – Member of the Management Board, f) QiBit Sp. z o.o. – Member of the Management Board, - whereas the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company allowed Mr. Davide Toso to perform activity competitive to the Company, pursuant to § 12 sec. 11 of Articles of Association of the Company; (ii) he is not entered into Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of the National Court Register (consolidated text: Dz. U. 2007, No 168, pos. 1186 as amended). Biographical note of Mr. Davide Toso is attached to this current report as Appendix no 2. U. 2007, No 168, pos. 1186 as amended). Biographical note of Mrs. Federica Giulia Giovanna Polo is attached to this current report as Appendix no 5. Ad 6 Mrs. Francesca Garofolo, declared that she does not know any circumstances that her appointment as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company would violate the law or the Company’s Articles of Association; Moreover, she declared that: (i) she does not perform activities competitive to the Company in any form specified in Article 380 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code; (ii) she is not entered into Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of the National Court Register (consolidated text: Dz. Ad 9 Mr. Marcus Preston, declared that he does not know any circumstances that his appointment as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company would violate the law or the Company’s Articles of Association; Moreover, he declared that: (i) he does not perform activities competitive to the Company in any form specified in Article 380 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code; (ii) he is not entered into Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of the National Court Register (consolidated text: Dz.
