| Management Board of Work Service S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Issuer" or "Company") - in addition to the current report No. 24/2021 of May 18, 2021, and current report no 27/2021 of May 26, 2021, regarding the announcement of the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 15, 2021 (“General Meeting”)- encloses the content of the document relating to matter on the agenda of the General Meeting, i.e.: • Independent auditor’s report on a reasonable assurance engagement on the assessment of a remuneration report - regarding item 13 of the agenda as follows: ‘Adoption of the resolution on giving opinion on the Supervisory Board’s report on the remuneration of members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.’.
