The Management Board of GI GROUP POLAND S.A. (“Issuer” or "Company"), with reference to the current report no. 56/2021 of October 6, 2021 and the current report no. 62/2021 of November 15, 2021, informs that the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on November 19, 2021, published an announcement according to which, due to the change of the Issuer's name, as of November 23, 2021, the Issuer's shares will be listed under the abbreviated name "GIGROUP" and the designation "GIG". The change of the Issuer's name is the next stage of integration of the services provided on the Polish market, as an entity belonging to the "Gi Group" capital group. The intended effect of this integration is the provision of services in the area of temporary and permanent employment, outsourcing, search and selection of "blue collar" employees and consulting in the area of HR under one global brand "Gi Group". In the opinion of the Issuer, the change of the Company’s name and thus even further assimilation within the "Gi Group", which is one of the strongest and most recognizable brands in Europe and in the world, will enable the full use of the synergy of companies, and will also have an impact on strengthening the Issuer’s position on the HR services market.
