| The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. ("the Company”) announces, that on 23 February 2016 will publish a correction of quarterly report for Q4 2015. Due to the failure of data prepared by an external accounting firm, the quarterly report, published on Feb. 15, did not contain many of the required data. The Board is currently working on preparing the full report, work will be completed by February 23. The publication of the partial report was not in the interest of the company, was due to external factors and not purposeful action. The Board took action to avoid similar cases in the future. We apologize to all Investors.
