| In connection with point 16a of Best Practices of NewConnect Listed Companies, the Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (the "Company") informs about incidental violation of information duty specified in Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules by the Company. Violation relates to untimely publication of current report concerning the appointment of Mr. Chet Trechock as Vice President of Sales Medical starting from June 23, 2021. The Company has published today EIB report about the appointment of Mr. Chet Trechock. The reason of delay in publishing this report was unintended omission made by the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company will provide necessary actions to ensure that such case will not happen again in the future.
