Sofia, Bulgaria, June 22, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 19, 2026 the Company sold 27 700 (twenty-seven thousand seven hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 53 466.25 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.93.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 851 741 representing 0.16% of the share capital of the Company.
