| Zarząd Prime ASI S.A. z siedzibą w Rzeszowie (dalej: „Spółka”) informuje, iż w dniu 17 lutego 2026 r. otrzymał od spółki zależnej Algo Trade AI sp. z o.o. (dalej: „AT") raport dotyczący postępów w rozwoju algorytmów tradingowych. Z przekazanych informacji wynika, że AT zakończyła etap intensywnych testów algorytmów tradingowych prowadzonych w środowisku demonstracyjnym. W ramach testów, obejmujących okres maj 2025 – luty 2026, system zrealizował ponad 8 000 transakcji na instrumentach obejmujących m.in. WTI, złoto, NASDAQ, S&P 500, DAX oraz BTC, osiągając Profit Factor na poziomie 3,84. Wyniki testowe wykazały łączny wzrost wartości portfela symulacyjnego o ok. 230% przy zrealizowanym drawdownie zazwyczaj poniżej 10%. Zarząd Emitenta zastrzega, że powyższe wyniki zostały osiągnięte w warunkach symulacyjnych i nie stanowią gwarancji osiągnięcia analogicznych rezultatów w warunkach rzeczywistego handlu. Nie mniej jednak rezultaty na rachunkach rzeczywistych u licencjobiorców wykazują zbliżone wyniki. System obejmuje 26 niezależnych strategii (long i short), w tym strategie trendowe, matematyczne oraz wykorzystujące modele sztucznej inteligencji, z warunkową aktywacją w zależności od bieżącej sytuacji rynkowej. W nadchodzących etapach AT koncentruje się na rozszerzeniu zakresu algorytmów o rynek Forex, w szczególności pary walutowe, a także na testowaniu algorytmów na nowych instrumentach finansowych (np. poszczególnych spółkach lub innych indeksach np. WIG20). Jednocześnie Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że AT rozpoczęła komercjalizację algorytmów w modelu licencyjnym, obejmującym opłatę roczną oraz udział w wypracowanym wyniku i posiada już aktywne licencje z podmiotami w Polsce oraz za granicą. Algorytmy zostały również wdrożone w środowisku transakcyjnym międzynarodowego brokera w ramach modelu rozliczeń prowizyjnych. Mając powyższe na uwadze, Zarząd Emitenta oczekuje pojawienia się pierwszych istotnych przychodów AT z tytułu licencjonowania algorytmów w drugiej połowie 2026 roku. Warto podkreślić, iż AT jest spółką technologiczną – nie prowadzi doradztwa inwestycyjnego ani nie zarządza środkami klientów. | ||||||||||||

| Information on the progress of the project development within Algo Trade AI sp. z o.o. The Management Board of Prime ASI S.A., with its registered office in Rzeszów (hereinafter: the “Company”), hereby informs that on 17 February 2026 it received from its subsidiary Algo Trade AI sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: “AT”) a report on the progress in the development of trading algorithms. According to the information provided, AT has completed a phase of intensive testing of trading algorithms conducted in a demo (simulated) environment. As part of the tests, covering the period from May 2025 to February 2026, the system executed more than 8,000 transactions on instruments including, among others, WTI, gold, NASDAQ, S&P 500, DAX and BTC, achieving a Profit Factor of 3.84. The test results showed a total increase in the value of the simulated portfolio of approximately 230%, with drawdowns generally remaining below 10%. The Management Board of the Issuer emphasizes that the above results were achieved under simulated conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of achieving similar results in real trading conditions. Nevertheless, results achieved on live accounts of licensees demonstrate similar performance. The system comprises 26 independent strategies (both long and short), including trend-following, mathematical, and artificial intelligence–based strategies, which are activated conditionally depending on the current market situation. In the upcoming stages, AT is focusing on expanding the scope of its algorithms to the Forex market, in particular currency pairs, as well as on testing the algorithms on new financial instruments (e.g. individual equities or other indices such as WIG20). At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that AT has commenced the commercialization of its algorithms under a licensing model, including an annual fee and a share in generated profits, and already holds active licenses with entities in Poland and abroad. The algorithms have also been deployed in the trading environment of an international broker under a commission-based settlement model. In view of the above, the Management Board of the Issuer expects the first significant revenues of AT from algorithm licensing to emerge in the second half of 2026. It should be emphasized that AT is a technology company – it does not provide investment advisory services nor does it manage client funds. | |||
