Treść raportu:
Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu nr 5/2024 z dnia 21 lutego 2024 roku, niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 9 lutego 2026 roku od mBank S.A, Oddział Korporacyjny Bydgoszcz, informacji dotyczącej planowanego przez bank obniżenia wysokości kwoty środków możliwych do wykorzystania przez Spółkę, w ramach Umowy o kredyt w rachunku bieżącym z dnia 21 lutego 2024 roku.
Limit kredytu zostanie obniżony z kwoty 4 milionów PLN do 2 milionów PLN. Stawka oprocentowania kredytu nie ulegnie zmianie.
Zmiana, o której mowa powyżej zostanie wprowadzona przez zawarcie z mBank S.A. aneksu do ww. umowy kredytu.
Emitent nie będzie informować o zawarciu ww. aneksu odrębnym raportem ESPI, o ile powyższe warunki nie ulegną zmianie.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company”, “the Issuer”), with reference to report No. 5/2024 of February 21, 2024, hereby announces that on February 9, 2026, it received from mBank S.A., Corporate Branch in Bydgoszcz, about the bank's plan to reduce the amount of funds available to the Company under the overdraft agreement of February 21, 2024.

The limit will be reduced from PLN 4 million to PLN 2 million. The interest rate on the loan will remain unchanged.

The above change will be implemented by concluding an annex to the above-mentioned credit agreement with mBank S.A.

The Issuer will not announce the conclusion of the above-mentioned annex in a separate ESPI report, unless the above conditions change.
