Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 30 January 2026 up to and including 5 February 2026. Krka acquired 4,770 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,099,951 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 30 January 2026: 1,057 shares at a VWAP of EUR 227.54,
- on 2 February 2026: 1,093 shares at a VWAP of EUR 229.23,
- on 3 February 2026: 1,070 shares at a VWAP of EUR 231.82,
- on 4 February 2026: 991 shares at a VWAP of EUR 233.28 and
- on 5 February 2026: 559 shares at a VWAP of EUR 231.95.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,454,018 representing 7.483% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,458,788 representing 7.498% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 6 February 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
