| Zarząd spółki Comperia.pl S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), informuje, zgodnie z § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 755) („Rozporządzenie”), o terminach przekazywania przez Spółkę raportów okresowych w 2026 roku. I. Raporty kwartalne: 1) skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. – 21 maja 2026 r.; 2) skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. – 19 listopada 2026 r. W związku z rezygnacją z przekazywania jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych za I i III kwartał 2026 roku, skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne za te okresy będą zawierać kwartalne informacje finansowe o treści wymaganej zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 i 2 Rozporządzenia. II. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. – 17 września 2026 r. W związku z rezygnacją z przekazywania jednostkowego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2026 r. skonsolidowany raport półroczny za ten okres będzie zawierać informacje o treści wymaganej zgodnie z § 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Subject: Dates of submission of periodic reports in 2026 Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - periodic information Content of the report: The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), informs, pursuant to § 84 section 1 of the Regulation of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 755) (the "Regulation"), about the dates of the Company's periodic reports in 2026. I. Quarterly reports: 1) consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - 19 May 2026; 2) consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - 21 November 2026. In connection with the resignation from submitting individual quarterly reports for the first and third quarter of 2020, the consolidated quarterly reports for these periods will contain quarterly financial information with the content required under § 63 section 1 and 2 of the Regulation. II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 - 17 September 2026. In connection with the resignation from submitting a separate semi-annual report for the first half of 2020, the consolidated semi-annual report for this period will contain information on the content required pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation.
