Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Spółka” lub „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 15 stycznia 2026 r. powziął informację o umieszczeniu projektu „Zaawansowana platforma E3Explorer produkcji białek ligaz E3 wraz z charakteryzacją jako podstawa innowacyjnych terapii celowanych PROTAC” („Projekt”) na liście projektów wybranych do dofinansowania w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki 2021-2027, Priorytetu FENG.05 - STEP, organizowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju.

Projekt ma charakter biochemiczny i obejmuje opracowanie innowacyjnej platformy usługowej E3Explorer do zaawansowanej produkcji szerokiego spektrum unikalnych białek ligaz E3 - metody syntezy, oczyszczania, analizy jakościowej i strukturalnej, umożliwiającej rozwój terapii typu PROTAC (chimery ukierunkowujące proteolizę, ang. Proteolysis Targeting Chimera) w nowych wskazaniach terapeutycznych. Odbiorcami tych usług będą firmy biotechnologiczne rozwijające projekty degradacji białek i terapii opartych na mechanizmie PROTAC. Projekt będzie realizowany w latach 2026-2029.

Całkowity koszt kwalifikowalny Projektu wyniesie (netto) 14.176.775 PLN, z czego dofinansowanie stanowi 8.610.145 PLN.

Ostateczna kwota dofinansowania może ulec nieznacznej zmianie na etapie przygotowania dokumentacji do właściwej umowy dotacji.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

Recommendation of Selvita S.A. Project for Co-funding under the FENG Program

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Company” or the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on January 15, 2026, it received information on the inclusion of the project titled “Advanced E3Explorer Platform for the Production and Characterization of E3 Ligase Proteins as a Basis for Innovative PROTAC Targeted Therapies” (the “Project”) on the list of projects selected for funding under the “European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027” Program, Priority FENG.05 – STEP, organized by the National Centre for Research and Development (pol. Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju).

The Project has a biochemical character and involves the development of an innovative E3Explorer service platform for the advanced production of a broad spectrum of unique E3 ligase proteins — including methods of synthesis, purification, and qualitative and structural analysis — enabling the development of PROTAC-type therapies (Proteolysis Targeting Chimera) in new therapeutic indications. The recipients of these services will be biotechnology companies developing protein degradation projects and therapies based on the PROTAC mechanism. The Project will be carried out in the years 2026–2029.

The total eligible cost of the Project will amount to (net) PLN 14,176,775, of which the funding will amount to PLN 8,610,145.

The final amount of funding may be subject to minor changes during the preparation of the documentation for the relevant grant agreement.
