The Board of Directors of Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Group”) informs that Mr. Ton Schurink, Non-executive Director, has resigned from his position within the Group with effect from 9th November 2016. Mr. Schurink was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Group on 12 October 2007 and was a chairman of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. The Group would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Schurink for his valuable contributions during his tenure as Non-executive Director.
