Sopharma AD (3JR: “BSE-Sofia” AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that the Company will initiate dividend payment of the voted on the AGM held on June, 15 2018 dividend of 0.11 BGN on July, 23 2018. The persons eligible for dividend are those present in the register of the Central Depository 14 days after the date of the AGM, i.e. June, 29 2018. In accordance with the Regulations of the Central Depository, the dividend shall be paid out as follows: for shareholders with client accounts at an investment intermediary – through the investment intermediary, for shareholders without accounts at an investment intermediary - through the branches of Eurobank EFG - Bulgaria AD /Postbank/ in the country.
