| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), informs that it has been received by e-mail on November 12, 2020 pursuant to Art. art. 19 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (hereinafter: the "Regulation") of the notification of the transaction on the Issuer's shares made by Investment Mizyak Corp sp. z o.o. S.K.A. ("Notification"). According to the Notification, Investment Mizyak Corp sp. z o.o. S.K.A., a person closely related to a member of the Issuer's Management Body, acquired 26,924 Issuer's shares at the price of PLN 0.74 per share as a result of a transaction made on the Stock Exchange (GPW) on November 2, 2020. The Notification is attached to this report.
