| Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company"), with reference to the Current Report No. 12/2020, 12/2020/K and 14/2020 hereby informs that the Company received information that Gi INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., wholly owned by Gi Group SpA ("Investor"), submitted motion to the competent antimonopoly authority in Serbia, concerning allowing the Investor to take control over the Company. Obtaining the consent of the relevant antimonopoly authorities for the Investor to take control over the Company and its affiliates is one of the conditions precedent to the transaction with the Investor, set out in the investment agreement concluded between the Company and the Investor on 13 February 2020.
