PKN ORLEN S.A. („Spółka”) przekazuje informację poufną, której publikacja została przez Spółkę opóźniona 28 listopada 2019 roku: „PKN ORLEN S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że 28 listopada 2019 roku Rada Nadzorcza Spółki w ramach uchwały wyraziła zgodę na zawarcie, w ramach realizacji zadania inwestycyjnego „Instalacja Visbreakingu w Zakładzie Produkcyjnym w Płocku”, w szczególności następujących umów: - umowy z konsorcjum spółek KTI Poland S.A. i IDS-BUD S.A. o projektowanie, dostawy oraz budowę w systemie „pod klucz” Instalacji Podstawowej Visbreakingu na łączną kwotę ok. 750 mln PLN oraz - innych umów dotyczących infrastruktury pomocniczej na łączną kwotę ok. 200 mln PLN. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 i 4 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE.”

Disclosure of delayed inside information – PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board consent for signing agreements for realization of project of building Visbreaking Installation at production plant in Plock
Regulatory announcement no 6/2020 dated 5 February 2020

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) discloses the following inside information, publication of which was delayed on 28 November 2019:

“PKN ORLEN (“Company”) informs that on 28 November 2019 the Company’s Supervisory Board gave consent, as a part of investment project called: “Visbreaking Installation at production plant in Plock”, for signing the following agreements:
- an agreement with consortium of companies: KTI Poland S.A. and IDS-BUD S.A. for design, deliveries and building “in turn key” formula of the Visbreaking Basic Installation for a total amount of ca. PLN 750 m
and
- other agreements regarding supporting infrastructure for a total amount of ca. PLN 200 m.

On the base of Art. 17 item 1 and 4 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.”
