Teta cuts IPO size

Software house Teta SA reduced the size of its IPO from 56 to 31 million zloty after its main shareholder, Enterprise Investors private equity fund decided against selling some of its shares. Teta plans to sell 3 million new and existing shares at 10.2 zloty each.

Koelner shares hit new all-time high

Shares of fixing systems maker Koelner SA rose to a new record of 22.3 zloty yesterday after the company announced earnings target for next year. Koelner, which just days ago bought UK?s Rawlplug, says it expects profits of some 40 million zloty, up 33% from this year.

MNI buys Pilicka

Telecommunications company MNI said yesterday it has agreed to buy privately held Telefonia Pilicka, a local CLEC from central Poland from US investors. MNI said it would pay as much as 15.75 million dollars for Pilicka.
