| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że w dniu 24 kwietnia 2026 roku, powziął informację, iż Spółka zawarła z Instytutem Przemysłów Kreatywnych [„IPK”] umowę o dofinansowanie projektu w ramach naboru Program Wsparcia Gier Wideo 2026. Przedmiotem umowy jest realizacja zadania obejmującego przygotowanie prototypu gry eksploracyjnej o kodowej nazwie Wild Roads, o którym Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 1/2026 z dnia 16 lutego 2026 r. Emitent informuje, iż zgodnie z zawartą umową przyznana kwota dofinansowania wynosi 160 598,00 zł. Środki zostaną przeznaczone na realizację wskazanego powyżej zadania, zgodnie z zasadami Programu Wsparcia Gier Wideo 2026 oraz postanowieniami zawartej umowy. Spółka wskazuje, iż zawarcie umowy stanowi kolejny etap formalny procesu pozyskania dofinansowania oraz jest zgodne ze strategią rozwoju kompetencji produkcyjnych i zwiększania skali realizowanych projektów. | ||||||||||||

| Title: Signing of a project co-financing agreement by the Institute of Creative Industries under the Video Games Support Programme 2026 The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., with its registered office in Chorzów [the “Company”, the “Issuer”], hereby announces that on 24 April 2026 it became aware that the Company had entered into a project co-financing agreement with the Institute of Creative Industries [the “ICI”] under the call for proposals within the Video Games Support Programme 2026. The subject matter of the agreement is the implementation of a task consisting in the preparation of a prototype of an exploration game under the code name Wild Roads, about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 1/2026 dated 16 February 2026. The Issuer announces that, pursuant to the concluded agreement, the awarded co-financing amount is PLN 160,598.00. The funds will be allocated to the implementation of the above-mentioned task, in accordance with the rules of the Video Games Support Programme 2026 and the provisions of the concluded agreement. The Company indicates that the conclusion of the agreement constitutes another formal stage in the process of obtaining co-financing and is consistent with the Company’s strategy of developing production competencies and increasing the scale of projects carried out.
