| Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”, „Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 23/2025 z dnia 19 września 2025 roku, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 27 marca 2026 roku została zawarta pomiędzy Emitentem a Narodowym Centrum Badań i Rozwoju umowa o dofinansowanie projektu „Zwiększenie potencjału i konkurencyjności polskiej gospodarki w zakresie innowacyjnych terapii i leków przyszłości, poprzez rozwój Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego oraz opracowanie metod i narzędzi badawczych, jako odpowiedź na potrzeby społeczne w obszarze zdrowia publicznego” („Projekt”). Projekt uzyskał dofinansowanie w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki 2021-2027, Priorytetu I FENG.01 - SMART, wdrażanego przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju. | ||||||||||||

| Conclusion of a Co-Funding Agreement under the FENG Program The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 23/2025 dated September 19, 2025, hereby informs that on March 27, 2026, a co-funding agreement was concluded between the Issuer and the National Centre for Research and Development (Polish: Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju) concerning the project entitled “Increasing the potential and competitiveness of the Polish economy in the field of innovative therapies and medicines of the future, through the development of the Research and Development Center and the development of research methods and tools, as a response to social needs in the area of public health” (the “Project”). The Project has received funding under European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 Program, Priority I FENG.01 – SMART, implemented by the National Centre for Research and Development.
