| Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”, „Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 5/2026 z dnia 5 lutego 2026 roku, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 12 marca 2026 roku została zawarta pomiędzy Emitentem a Narodowym Centrum Badań i Rozwoju umowa o dofinansowanie projektu „Platforma CART-AI do rozwoju zaawansowanych terapii immunoonkologicznych opartych na modyfikowanych limfocytach T z użyciem AI - etap przedkliniczny” („Projekt”). Projekt uzyskał dofinansowanie w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki 2021-2027, Priorytetu FENG.05 - STEP, organizowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju. | ||||||||||||

| Conclusion of a Co-Funding Agreement under the FENG Program The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”, “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 5/2026 dated February 5, 2026, hereby informs that on March 12, 2026, a co-funding agreement was concluded between the Issuer and the National Centre for Research and Development (Polish: Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju) concerning the project entitled “CART-AI Platform for the Development of Advanced Immuno-Oncology Therapies Based on Engineered T Lymphocytes Using AI – Preclinical Stage” (the “Project”). The Project has received funding under European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 Program, Priority FENG.05 – STEP, administered by the National Centre for Research and Development.
