| ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. (“Company”) informs its Dear Investors that the Court of registration has today decided to convert 2,119,966 pieces of convertible dividend preference shares issued by ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt., with a nominal value of HUF 10, registered, dematerialized, ISIN HU0000173737, into 2,119,966 pieces of series A ordinary shares, with a nominal value of HUF 10 each, registered, dematerialized, ISIN HU0000089198, in a ratio of one to one, in such a way that as a result of the conversion, the convertible dividend preference shares will cease to exist and will be replaced by ordinary shares. As a result of the transformation, the share capital of the company will not change (132,699,660,- HUF), the share capital will consist of 13,269,966 pieces of series A, dematerialized, registered ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10,- HUF each, designated as HU0000089198 ISIN.
