| Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”, „Spółka”), niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 29 stycznia 2026 roku, podmiot zależny Emitenta - spółka Selvita d.o.o., otrzymała trzy zlecenia na świadczenie usług badawczych („Zlecenia") w ramach umowy zawartej w dniu 7 stycznia 2026 roku, będącej kontynuacją wieloletniej współpracy pomiędzy Selvita d.o.o. a jedną z największych firm biofarmaceutycznych na świecie („Klient”). Przedmiotem Zleceń są usługi wsparcia obejmujące przeprowadzenie szerokiego profilu testów in vitro mających na celu scharakteryzowanie właściwości ADME (Absorpcja, Dystrybucja, Metabolizm, Wydalanie, ang. Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) badanych związków chemicznych, usługi analityczne oraz badania farmakokinetyczne in-vivo dla dużych i małych cząsteczek, które mają wspierać programy badawcze Klienta. Zlecenia będą wykonywane w przeważającej mierze w laboratorium w Zagrzebiu. Zlecenia będą realizowane przez okres 12 miesięcy, począwszy od dnia 1 stycznia 2026 roku do 31 grudnia 2026 roku. Łączna wartość Zleceń wynosi 6.700.000 EUR (tj. 28.188.240 PLN). Otrzymane Zlecenia stanowią kontynuację istniejącej współpracy z Klientem. Na dzień sporządzenia niniejszego raportu, łączna zakontraktowana wartość usług świadczonych na rzecz Klienta w roku 2026 wynosi 8.751.539 EUR (tj. 36.819.475 PLN). Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zleceń jak również kontynuację istotnej współpracy pomiędzy Klientem a Spółką, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zlecenia za istotne dla realizacji długoterminowych planów Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita mających na celu zbudowanie silnej pozycji wiodącego dostawcy usług w obszarze wsparcia projektów odkrywania i rozwoju leków, jak również zwiększenia współpracy z firmami farmaceutycznymi. Przeliczenia walut w niniejszym raporcie dokonano według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 29 stycznia 2026 roku, wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2072 PLN. | ||||||||||||

| Receipt of Significant Orders by a Company Affiliated with Selvita S.A. The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), hereby announces that on January 29, 2026, the Issuer’s affiliated company – Selvita d.o.o. – received three orders for the provision of research services (the “Orders”) under an agreement executed on January 7, 2026, which continues the long-standing cooperation between Selvita d.o.o. and one of the world’s largest biopharmaceutical companies (the “Client”). The subject of the Orders comprises support services, including a broad panel of in vitro tests aimed at characterizing the ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) properties of the chemical compounds under investigation, analytical services, as well as in vivo PK (Pharmacokinetics) studies for both large and small molecules, intended to support the Client’s research programs. The Orders will be performed predominantly at the laboratory located in Zagreb. The Orders will be carried out over a period of twelve months, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The total value of the Orders amounts to 6,700,000 EUR (i.e. 28,188,240 PLN). The received Orders constitute a continuation of the existing cooperation with the Client. As of the date of preparing this report, the total contracted value of services provided to the Client in 2026 amounts to 8,751,539 EUR (i.e. 36,819,475 PLN). Considering the value of the Orders as well as the continuation of significant cooperation between the Client and the Company, the Management Board of the Issuer considers the Orders to be material for the implementation of the long-term plans of the Selvita Group aimed at building a strong position as a leading provider of services supporting drug discovery and development projects, as well as expanding cooperation with pharmaceutical companies. Currency conversions presented in this report have been made according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of January 29, 2026, amounting to 1 EUR = 4.2072 PLN.
