Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 9 January 2026 up to and including 15 January 2026. Krka acquired 4,822 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,047,589 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 9 January 2026: 1,111 shares at a VWAP of EUR 214.60,
- on 12 January 2026: 765 shares at a VWAP of EUR 214.83,
- on 13 January 2026: 1,106 shares at a VWAP of EUR 217.35,
- on 14 January 2026: 1,055 shares at a VWAP of EUR 221.60 and
- on 15 January 2026: 785 shares at a VWAP of EUR 217.39.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,438,896 representing 7.437% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,443,718 representing 7.452% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 16 January 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
