| Zarząd MBF Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”, „Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 50/2025 z dnia 14 października 2025 r., dotyczącego uruchomienia projektu MALLARD w ramach Konsorcjum, informuje, że w dniach 8-18 grudnia 2025 roku przeprowadzono serię testów operacyjnych pomostowego systemu bezzałogowego w ramach pierwszej fazy projektu pod nazwą MALLARD-S („Mały Mallard”). Celem prób prowadzonych pomostowym bezzałogowym statkiem powietrznym jest potwierdzenie zdolności do operacji na poziomie SAIL III. SAIL III (Specific Assurance & Integrity Level) to poziom ryzyka w systemie oceny operacji dronami (SORA) stworzonym przez Agencję Unii Europejskiej ds. Bezpieczeństwa Lotniczego (EASA), który odnosi się do operacji o podwyższonym ryzyku (np. loty nad terenem zaludnionym, w specyficznych warunkach, w bardziej skomplikowanych scenariuszach, bliżej infrastruktury). Dalsze loty będą realizowane w pierwszych miesiącach 2026 roku, z uwzględnieniem zgód i regulacji lotniczych oraz warunków meteorologicznych. Wykonane z powodzeniem loty na potwierdzenie zdolności systemu BSP do operacji na poziomie SAIL III wskazują, że samolot wybrany i pozyskany jako rozwiązanie pomostowe przy tworzeniu ekosystemu towarowych lotów bezzałogowych (a w dalszych krokach do realizacji celu głównego projektu MALLARD), nie jest projektem koncepcyjnym, lecz funkcjonującym bezzałogowym statkiem powietrznym. Pozyskanie gotowego systemu BSP, umożliwia dalszą walidację ekonomiki lotów, kosztów jednostkowych oraz modeli organizacji regularnych operacji cargo z użyciem dużych bezzałogowych statków powietrznych. Rezultaty testów otwierają Emitentowi realną możliwość rozpoczęcia ofertowania pilotażowego wdrożenia dostaw w ramach towarowej bezzałogowej żeglugi powietrznej, w pierwszej kolejności do podmiotów z sektora logistyki i transportu towarowego, które poszukują przewagi konkurencyjnej wynikającej z roli pioniera w obszarze bezzałogowego cargo. Oferta adresowana będzie w szczególności do firm logistycznych i kurierskich zainteresowanych testowaniem nowych modeli dostaw między hubami dystrybucyjnymi, operatorów centrów magazynowych i intermodalnych, a także do przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych, energetycznych, e-commerce oraz podmiotów realizujących dostawy medyczne i humanitarne w rejonach odciętych. W ocenie Zarządu Emitenta, udział we wczesnych etapach wdrożeń może umożliwić takim firmom budowę długoterminowej przewagi rynkowej, optymalizację kosztów oraz współtworzenie standardów przyszłego rynku cargo przesuwającego się w kierunku towarowego lotnictwa bezzałogowego. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, że raporty techniczne, analizy testowe i sprawozdania operacyjne nieobjęte tajemnicą przedsiębiorstwa lub innymi ograniczeniami prawnymi będą przekazywane za pośrednictwem oficjalnych kanałów komunikacji Spółki, firmy Squadron sp. z o.o. (ASE Group) oraz strony internetowej dedykowanej projekotwi. Zarząd Spółki informuje, że podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za koordynację etapów projektu MALLARD jest spółka Squadron Sp.z o.o. (ASE Group). W ocenie Zarządu MBF Group S.A. testy MALLARD-S stanowią istotny kamień milowy projektu MALLARD oraz znaczący krok w kierunku komercjalizacji usług bezzałogowego transportu towarowego. Spółka będzie informować o kolejnych etapach rozwoju projektu, w tym o rozpoczęciu testów pilotażowych z partnerami branżowymi / logistycznymi (proof of concept) oraz o zawarciu listów intencyjnych i umów, w odrębnych raportach bieżących ESPI. Emitent uznaje niniejszą informację za poufną w rozumieniu art. 17 ust. 1 MAR, z uwagi na jej znaczenie dla realizacji strategii rozwoju Spółki i potencjalny wpływ na przyszłe wyniki finansowe, wartość rynkową oraz możliwości pozyskiwania kontraktów przez Spółkę. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the ‘Issuer’, ‘Company’), with reference to current report ESPI No. 50/2025 of 14 October 2025 concerning the launch of the MALLARD project within the Consortium, announces that between 8 and 18 December 2025, a series of operational tests of the bridge unmanned system were conducted as part of the first phase of the project called MALLARD-S (‘Little Mallard’). The purpose of the tests conducted with the bridge unmanned aerial vehicle is to confirm its ability to operate at SAIL III level. SAIL III (Specific Assurance & Integrity Level) is a risk level in the System of Operations Assessment for Drones (SORA) developed by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which refers to high-risk operations (e.g. flights over populated areas, in specific conditions, in more complex scenarios, closer to infrastructure). Further flights will be carried out in the first months of 2026, subject to aviation approvals and regulations and meteorological conditions. The successful flights confirming the BSP system's capability to operate at SAIL III level indicate that the aircraft selected and acquired as a bridging solution in the creation of an unmanned cargo flight ecosystem (and in further steps towards the main objective of the MALLARD project) is not a conceptual design, but a functioning unmanned aerial vehicle. The acquisition of a ready-made UAV system enables further validation of flight economics, unit costs and models for the organisation of regular cargo operations using large unmanned aerial vehicles. The test results open up a real opportunity for the Issuer to start offering pilot implementation of deliveries within the framework of unmanned cargo air transport, primarily to entities from the logistics and freight transport sector that are looking for a competitive advantage resulting from their role as pioneers in the field of unmanned cargo. The offer will be addressed in particular to logistics and courier companies interested in testing new delivery models between distribution hubs, warehouse and intermodal centre operators, as well as industrial, energy and e-commerce companies and entities providing medical and humanitarian deliveries in isolated areas. In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, participation in the early stages of implementation may enable such companies to build long-term market advantage, optimise costs and co-create standards for the future cargo market, which is moving towards unmanned cargo aviation. At the same time, the Company's Management Board announces that technical reports, test analyses and operational reports not covered by trade secrets or other legal restrictions will be communicated through the official communication channels of the Company, Squadron sp. z o.o. (ASE Group) and the project website. The Management Board of the Company announces that Squadron Sp. z o.o. (ASE Group) is responsible for coordinating the stages of the MALLARD project. In the opinion of the Management Board of MBF Group S.A., the MALLARD-S tests are an important milestone in the MALLARD project and a significant step towards the commercialisation of unmanned freight transport services. The Company will provide information on the subsequent stages of the project's development, including the launch of pilot tests with industry/logistics partners (proof of concept) and the conclusion of letters of intent and agreements, in separate current reports on the ESPI. The Issuer considers this information to be confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of MAR, due to its significance for the implementation of the Company's development strategy and its potential impact on the Company's future financial results, market value and contract acquisition opportunities. | |||
