| Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent", „Spółka"), niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 18 grudnia 2025 roku Emitent otrzymał zlecenie („Zlecenie") w ramach współpracy objętej ramową umową świadczenia usług z dnia 20 czerwca 2018 roku, zawartą pomiędzy Emitentem a firmą farmaceutyczną z siedzibą w Europie („Klient"). Przedmiotem Zlecenia, które będzie realizowane w okresie 12 miesięcy, od stycznia do grudnia 2026 r., jest wsparcie programów badawczych Klienta. W ramach realizacji Zlecenia Spółka będzie świadczyć na rzecz Klienta usługi obejmujące projektowanie, syntezę oraz analizę związków chemicznych. Wartość otrzymanego Zlecenia wynosi 1.573.000,00 EUR (tj. 6.618.555,00 PLN), przy czym Klient pokryje dodatkowo koszty odczynników i materiałów niezbędnych do wykonania Zlecenia. Szacunkowa łączna wartość usług zleconych przez Klienta, planowanych do realizacji w 2026 roku, według stanu na dzień sporządzenia niniejszego raportu, w tym Zlecenia, wynosi 2.714.911 EUR (tj. 11.423.260,00 PLN). Mając na uwadze wartość współpracy z Klientem przewidzianej na rok 2026, Zarząd Emitenta uznał otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne. Przeliczenia walut w niniejszym raporcie dokonano według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 18 grudnia 2025 r., wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2076 PLN. | ||||||||||||

| Receipt of a Significant Purchase Order The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”, “Company”), hereby informs that on December 18, 2025, the Issuer received a purchase order (“Order”) within existing cooperation under a framework of Master Service Agreement dated June 20, 2018, concluded between the Issuer and a pharmaceutical company based in Europe (“Client”). The subject matter of the Order, which will be performed for a period of 12 months from January to December 2026, is support for the Client’s research programs. Within the scope of the Order, the Company will render services to the Client involving the design, synthesis, and analytical evaluation of chemical compounds. The total value of the Order amounts to EUR 1,573,000 (PLN 6,618,555), while the Client will additionally cover the costs of reagents and materials necessary to complete the Order. The estimated total value of services planned for execution in 2026, as of the date of preparation of this report, including the Order, will amount to EUR 2,714,911 (PLN 11,423,260). Considering the value of the cooperation with the Client planned for 2026, the Management Board of the Issuer has deemed the received Order to be significant. Currency conversions in this report were made according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of December 18, 2025, amounting to EUR 1 = PLN 4.2076.
