| Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent", "Spółka"), niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 20 listopada 2025 roku podmiot zależny Emitenta, Selvita Inc., otrzymał zlecenie ("Zlecenie") w ramach współpracy objętej ramową umową świadczenia usług z dnia 30 lipca 2024 roku, zawartej pomiędzy Selvita Inc. a firma biotechnologiczną z siedzibą w Stanach Zjednoczonych ("Klient"). Przedmiotem Zlecenia, które będzie realizowane od 1 stycznia 2026 roku do 31 grudnia 2026 roku, jest wsparcie wewnętrznych programów badawczych Klienta w obszarze chemii medycznej. Łączna wartość Zlecenia wynosi 2.631.000 USD (9.699.970 PLN przeliczone po średnim kursie Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 21 listopada 2025 roku, 1 USD = 3,6868 PLN), przy czym Klient pokryje koszty odczynników i materiałów niezbędnych do wykonania Zlecenia. Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zlecenia, Zarząd Emitenta uważa otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne. | ||||||||||||

| Receipt of a significant purchase order by a company affiliated with Selvita S.A. The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”, “Company”), hereby informs that on November 20, 2025, the company affiliated with the Issuer – Selvita Inc., received a purchase order (“Order”) within existing cooperation under a framework of Master Service Agreement dated July 30, 2024, concluded between Selvita Inc. and a biotechnology company based in the United States (“Client”). The subject matter of the Order, which will be performed from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, is support for the Client’s internal medicinal chemistry research programs. The total value of the Order amounts to USD 2,631,000 (which equates to PLN 9,699,970 when converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on November 21, 2025, where 1 USD = 3.6868 PLN), while the Client will cover the costs of reagents and materials necessary to complete the Order. Taking into account the value of the Order, the Issuer’s Management Board considers the received Order to be significant.
