| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2009 of 12 February 2009. The Company will publish its consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2009 (including 3 months ended 30 June 2009 financial results) on August 28, 2009 instead of August 31, 2009. Consolidated interim report for the 3 rd quarter of 2009 will be published as announced on November 12, 2009. Legal grounds: par. 100(2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on the Current and Periodical Information to be Provided by Issuers of Securities. | |
