| Press Release UniCredit S.p.A. informs that Mr. Enrico Laghi resigned from his office as permanent Statutory Auditor of UniCredit SpA. In a letter sent on May, 2nd to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Giuseppe Vita, and the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Pierpaolo Singer, Mr. Laghi advised that his resignation, due to increasing professional commitments, has immediate effect. Mr. Guido Paolucci, who was already a stand-in Statutory Auditor of UniCredit drawn of same list, replaces Mr. Laghi until next Shareholders Meeting of UniCredit.
