| The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/, hereby informs that in connection with the change of a schedule concerning preparation of the consolidated annual report for 2014, settled with the entity authorised to audit Company’s financial statements, the Company decided to change the date of publication of the consolidated annual report.
