| PRESS RELEASE SPECIAL MEETING OF SAVINGS SHAREHOLDERS CALLED ON 29th MAY 2017 UniCredit informs that, with regard to items 2 and 3 on the Agenda of the Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, has received at today’s date the following proposals by: - shareholder Mr. Alessio Bisagno to appoint himself as Common Representative of the savings shareholders for the 2017-2019 period and to estabilish the fees to be paid to the Common Representative as 30,000 Euros per year. - shareholder Ms. Ilaria Fava to appoint Mr. Nicola Borgonovo as Common Representative of the savings shareholders for the 2017-2019 period and to estabilish the fees to be paid to the Common Representative as 25,000 Euros per year. The candidates for the office of Savings' Shareholders’ Common Representative have declared they are in possession of the requirements established by law.
