| ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis of the notification from the Romanian operations as follows: The Târgu Mures Tribunal deferred the decision to 29. 08. 2019 in the lawsuit between E-Star Mures Energy and the Municipality of Târgu Mures without motivation. Considering the above, to ensure uniform information for investors, the Company will ask for Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. again suspends exchange trading in the shares of the issuer ENEFI Energyefficiency Plc. on 29. 08. 2019 until the end of the "Post Trading phase". | |||||||||||
