| ENEFI Asset Management Plc (“Company”) hereby informs its honourable Investors about the following: 1. Síaréna Kft. in Eplény owned by the Company has been opened for the public today as the first one in Hungary this year. 2. Ski43 Program Nonprofit Zrt. owned by the Company and Síaréna Kft. have jointly started a large-scale program called Ski43 Program in which ski and snowboard training may become available free of charge for approximately twenty thousand pupils. The importance of the initiative which is unparalleled in Europe is that it brings pupils to out the fresh air and gives experiences in the winter period when they hardly move otherwise and pupils have a chance to learn winter sports and to extend their love to exercises, taking another very important step towards a healthy life irrespectively of their financial situation. In the program, the ski course would provide children with season tickets, skiing trainings and lending skiing equipment free of charge, however the companies on the stock exchange, the Budapest Stock Exchange and the Central Bank of Hungary were addressed in order to involve additional sponsors to provide meals and travelling free of charge as well for the children. | |||||||||||
