From a cost-effectiveness and administrative point of view, the following Romanian companies, which are no longer actually operating, have changed their form of operation from a public limited company to a limited liability company. E-Star Energy Generation SA (rt.), Zilah: E-Star Energy Generation srl (kft.) E-Star Alternative Energy SA (rt.), Gyergyószentmiklós: E-Star Alternative Energy srl (kft.) Faapríték SA (rt.), Gyergyószentmiklós: Faapríték srl (ltd.) 2. CDR's action initiated was closed with the favourable judgement for the CDR the below legal issue at second instance. E-Star CDR SRL Town of Gheorgheni Objection of council resolution No: 2/2017.01.16 amending council resolution No: 243/13.12.2016. The decision is final but not yet justified.
