| The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. (“Company”) informs that on December 31, 2020, the Company was notified that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") adopted Resolution No. 1072/2020 dated December 31, 2020 on the introduction to trading on the parallel market of 60,000,000 (sixty million) ordinary series A shares of the Company, with a nominal value of 0,01 EUR (one euro cent) each as of January 5, 2021, registered by the National Securities Depository (KDPW) under the code "NL0010391108" and trading of the above-mentioned Company shares in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "PHOTON" and ticker "PEN". At the same time, on December 31, 2020, the Company was notified that the Management Board of the WSE adopted Resolution No. 1070/2020 of December 31, 2020 regarding the exclusion of the Company's ordinary shares marked with the code "NL0010391108" from the alternative trading system NewConnect (“NewConnect ASO”) on January 5, 2021 in connection with the admission of these shares to trading on the regulated market (parallel market) of the WSE. The resolution indicated that the broker's orders for the Company's shares submitted to the NewConnect ASO, and not executed by January 4, 2021 (inclusive), shall expire. | ||||||||||||
