| On January 18, 2021 the Supreme Court of Lithuania accepted the cassation appeals of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration and Prosecutor General’s Office. The appeals were filed against the decision of the Court of Appeal of Lithuania that was adopted on October 8, 2020.
