| On 13 July 2021, the Supervisory Board of City Service SE (hereinafter the Company) adopted resolution to prolong the authorizations of all Management Board members. Artūras Gudelis (Chairman of the Management Board), Tomas Kleiva, Vytautas Turonis and Dalius Šimaitis will all act as Management Board members with a new 4 (four) year term as of 26 June 2021.
