The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. ("IPF IP"), hereby announces that on 31 January 2011 International Personal Finance plc ("IPF plc"), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, announced an Interim Management Statement ("IMS") on the London Stock Exchange.
The IMS informs that the Supplementary Prospectus dated 31 January 2011 supplementing the Prospectus dated 19 April 2010 and relating to a €1,000,000,000 euro medium-term note programme for the issuance by IPF plc of senior unsecured notes has been approved by the United Kingdom Listing Authority and is publicly available. Furthermore, the IMS incorporates a reference to the IPF plc\'s half-yearly financial report for the six months ended 30 June 2010.
The copies of the aforementioned IMS, the Supplementary Prospectus as well as the IPF plc\'s half-yearly financial report for the six months ended 30 June 2010 are attached to this current report.
