Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. (Spółka) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 21 czerwca 2016r. Spółka złożyła zapis na 641 szt. certyfikatów inwestycyjnych serii 003 o wartości 779,86 zł każdy i łącznej wartości 499.890,26 zł wyemitowanych przez AFORTI MICROLOANS Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Fundusz”).

Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. 1 pkt. 2) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The board of Aforti Holding SA (“Company”) hereby announces, that on June 21, 2016 the Company signed up for 641 003-series investment certificates valued at PLN 779,86 each, with a total value of PLN 499.890,26 issued by AFORTI MICROLOANS Closed-End Private Equity Fund headquartered in Warsaw (“Fund”).

Legal grounds: § 5. 1 point 2) Annex 3 to the ASO, the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic submitted in the alternative trading system on the New Connect market ".
