The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (“IPF IP"), hereby announces that on 19 October 2010 International Personal Finance plc (“IPF plc"), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, announced an Interim Management Statement (“IMS") on the London Stock Exchange.

The aforementioned IMS provides information on IPF plc\'s performance and financial position, covering the period from 1 July 2010 to 19 October 2010 and is attached to this current report.
