The Management Board of InPost Societe Anonyme with its registered office in Luxembourg (hereinafter the Issuer, InPost S.A.) hereby informs that in the second half of 2021 periodic reports will be published by the Issuer on the following dates:
Interim condensed consolidated financial statements of InPost S.A. and its subsidiaries for the first half of 2021, publication date is 8th September 2021;
Trading update for the third quarter 2021, containing key financial and operational data of InPost S.A., publication date is 17th November 2021.
Legal basis: Article 1, Paragraph 19 of the Exhibit no. 4 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market”.
