Zarząd Eco5tech S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje o zawarciu w dniu 21 lipca 2026 r. umowy z Politechniką Bydgoską im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy.

Przedmiotem umowy jest: realizacja robót budowlanych w ramach zadania pn. Przebudowa parteru bud. E na potrzeby Wydziału Medycznego w celu utworzenia Centrum Symulacji Medycznych – kampus Fordon, Kaliskiego 7.

Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje przebudowę parteru budynku E, wynikającą z konieczności dostosowania obiektu do obowiązujących wymogów technicznych i użytkowych oraz utworzenia Centrum Symulacji Medycznych. Zakres prac przewiduje zmianę układu funkcjonalnego wskazanych pomieszczeń wraz z dostosowaniem infrastruktury technicznej do potrzeb Użytkownika oraz wymagań Zamawiającego. W ramach realizacji zadania Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wykonania robót budowlanych zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową, w szczególności projektami wykonawczymi branży architektonicznej, konstrukcyjnej, sanitarnej, elektrycznej i teletechnicznej, a także z uwzględnieniem obowiązujących przepisów, norm oraz standardów identyfikacji wizualnej Politechniki Bydgoskiej im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy.

Wartość umowy wynosi 9 212 700,00 zł brutto.

Termin wykonania przedmiotu umowy wynosi 12 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy.

W ocenie Emitenta zawarcie przedmiotowej Umowy może mieć istotny wpływ na perspektywy rozwoju Spółki oraz kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej Spółki.

The Management Board of Eco5tech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces the conclusion, on 21 July 2026, of an agreement with the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (Politechnika Bydgoska im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich) in Bydgoszcz.

The subject of the agreement is the execution of construction works under the task entitled Reconstruction of the ground floor of Building E for the needs of the Faculty of Medicine in order to establish a Medical Simulation Center - Fordon campus, 7 Kaliskiego Street.

The scope of the order covers the reconstruction of the ground floor of Building E, resulting from the need to adapt the facility to the applicable technical and functional requirements and to establish the Medical Simulation Center. The scope of works includes changing the functional layout of the designated rooms together with adapting the technical infrastructure to the needs of the User and the requirements of the Ordering Party. As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged to carry out construction works in accordance with the design documentation, in particular the executive designs for the architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, and teletechnical disciplines, as well as taking into account applicable regulations, standards, and the visual identification standards of the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (Politechnika Bydgoska im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich) in Bydgoszcz.

The value of the agreement amounts to PLN 9.212.700,00 gross.


The deadline for performance of the subject of the agreement is 12 months from the date of signing the agreement.


In the Issuer's assessment, the conclusion of the agreement in question may have a material impact on the Company's development prospects and on the shaping of the Company's financial situation.
