| Zarząd Proguns Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 7 lipca 2026 roku Proguns sp. z o.o., to jest spółka zależna, w której Emitent posiada udziały reprezentujące 100 proc. kapitału zakładowego, zawarła umowę na dostawę broni (Umowa) ze Skarbem Państwa - jednostką wojskową. Przedmiotem Umowy jest dostarczenie przez Proguns sp. z o.o. specjalistycznych karabinów maszynowych. Z tytułu wykonania Umowy Proguns sp. z o.o. przysługuje wynagrodzenie w wys. 1,6 mln. zł, przy czym w razie skorzystania przez drugą stronę z prawa rozszerzenia zakresu zamówienia, wynagrodzenie może ulec podwyższeniu do kwoty 2,2 mln. zł. Umowa określa szczegółowe zasady realizacji dostawy, zgodnie ze standardami stosowanymi w Siłach Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Emitent wyjaśnia, że zawarcie Umowy stanowi przejaw konsekwentnego budowania kompetencji Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta w obszarze dystrybucji uzbrojenia, co Emitent zapowiedział w strategii, opublikowanej w dniu 12 marca 2026 roku (raport bieżący ESPI nr 13/2026). | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on 7 July 2026, Proguns sp. z o.o., a subsidiary in which the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital, entered into a weapon supply agreement (the “Agreement”) with the State Treasury – a military unit. The subject of the Agreement is the supply by Proguns sp. z o.o. of specialized machine guns. Under the Agreement, Proguns sp. z o.o. will receive remuneration of PLN 1.6 million. Should the contracting authority exercise its option to extend the scope of the order, the total remuneration may increase to PLN 2.2 million. The Agreement sets out detailed terms and conditions for the execution of the delivery in accordance with the standards applied by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. The Issuer notes that the execution of the Agreement reflects the continued implementation of the Issuer’s strategy of building the competencies of the Issuer’s Capital Group in the field of weapons distribution, as announced in the strategy published on 12 March 2026 (ESPI Current Report No. 13/2026). | |||
