| Zarząd BTCS S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 7 kwietnia 2026 r. Spółka zawarła z IntellectEU NV z siedzibą w Belgii umowę dotyczącą wdrożenia i obsługi walidatora w sieci Canton Network („Umowa”). Przedmiotem Umowy jest zapewnienie Spółce rozwiązania technologicznego umożliwiającego wdrożenie, uruchomienie oraz zarządzanie walidatorem w sieci Canton Network. Umowa obejmuje w szczególności: • przygotowanie i wdrożenie walidatora dla Spółki, • zarządzanie operacyjne walidatorem przez dostawcę w początkowym okresie funkcjonowania projektu, • wsparcie procesu przygotowania Spółki do docelowego samodzielnego wykonywania zadań operacyjnych związanych z walidatorem. Projekt będzie realizowany etapami, zgodnie z harmonogramem wdrożenia oraz wymogami technicznymi, bezpieczeństwa, zgodności i ciągłości działania. Spółka zakłada rozpoczęcie uzyskiwania przychodów z tytułu uczestnictwa w sieci Canton Network począwszy od III kwartału 2026 r., przy czym termin ten ma charakter szacunkowy i zależy od przebiegu wdrożenia oraz osiągnięcia gotowości operacyjnej. Jednocześnie Spółka wskazuje, że uprawnienie do otrzymywania nagród sieciowych jest związane z funkcjonowaniem walidatora w środowisku MainNet, co może skutkować wcześniejszym rozpoczęciem generowania nagród sieciowych niż rozpoczęciem realizacji przychodów z tego tytułu. Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższą informację za informację poufną z uwagi na znaczenie Umowy dla rozwoju działalności operacyjnej Spółki w obszarze infrastruktury blockchain dla instytucji oraz potencjalny wpływ projektu na przyszłe przychody Emitenta. | ||||||||||||

| Execution of an Agreement for the Implementation and Operation of a Validator on the Canton Network The Management Board of BTCS S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), hereby announces that on April 7, 2026, the Company entered into an agreement with IntellectEU NV, with its registered office in Belgium, concerning the implementation and operation of a validator on the Canton Network (the “Agreement”). The subject of the Agreement is to provide the Company with a technological solution enabling the implementation, launch, and management of a validator on the Canton Network. The Agreement includes, in particular: * preparation and implementation of the validator for the Company, * operational management of the validator by the provider during the initial phase of the project, * support in preparing the Company to ultimately perform operational tasks related to the validator independently. The project will be carried out in stages, in accordance with the implementation schedule and applicable technical, security, compliance, and business continuity requirements. The Company assumes that it will begin generating revenues from participation in the Canton Network starting from the third quarter of 2026; however, this timeline is indicative and depends on the progress of implementation and the achievement of operational readiness. At the same time, the Company indicates that the entitlement to receive network rewards is associated with the operation of the validator in the MainNet environment, which may result in the commencement of generating network rewards earlier than the recognition of revenues from this source. The Management Board of the Issuer has classified the above information as inside information due to the significance of the Agreement for the development of the Company’s operational activities in the area of blockchain infrastructure for institutions, as well as the potential impact of the project on the Issuer’s future revenues.
