| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”, „Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 27 marca 2025 roku podmiot zależny Emitenta, Selvita Services sp. z o.o., otrzymał zlecenie w ramach współpracy z firmą biofarmaceutyczną z siedzibą w Europie („Klient”) o której Spółka informowała w raportach bieżących nr 12/2023 z dnia 1 września 2023 roku i nr 3/2024 z dnia 24 marca 2024 roku („Zlecenie”). Celem Zlecenia jest realizacja prac analitycznych dla Klienta, obejmujących w szczególności rozwój, walidację oraz optymalizację metod analitycznych, wykonywanie analiz, w tym profilowanie zanieczyszczeń, prowadzenie badań wymuszonej degradacji oraz realizację badań stabilności. Zakres prac ma na celu wsparcie procesów badawczo-rozwojowych Klienta, ukierunkowanych na komercjalizację leku biologicznego znajdującego się na ścieżce rozwojowej. Badania objęte Zleceniem są kluczowe dla oceny i potwierdzenia efektywności procesu produkcyjnego, zapewniając odpowiednią jakość produktu. Ponadto, w ramach Zlecenia zbierane będą dane niezbędne do zarejestrowania produktu biologicznego i potwierdzenia jego stabilności. Planowany okres realizacji Zlecenia wynosi 8 miesięcy i obejmuje czas od 1 maja 2026 roku do 31 grudnia 2026 roku. Łączna szacunkowa wartość Zlecenia wynosi 3.276.000 EUR (14.040.280 PLN). Tym samym szacunkowa łączną wartość współpracy z Klientem w 2026 roku wyniesie 5.356.238 EUR (22.955.765 PLN). Ostateczna wartość realizowanych usług w ramach Zlecenia uzależniona będzie od ilości serii próbek przesłanych do badań przez Klienta. Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zlecenia jak również fakt rozszerzenia współpracy pomiędzy Klientem a Spółką, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne. Przeliczenia walut w niniejszym raporcie dokonano według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 27 marca 2026 r., wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2858 PLN. | ||||||||||||

| Receipt of a Significant Purchase Order The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), hereby announces that on March 27, 2025 a subsidiary of the Issuer, Selvita Services sp. z o.o., received an order under an ongoing cooperation with a Europe based biopharmaceutical company (the “Client”), about which the Company informed in current reports No. 12/2023 dated September 1, 2023 and No. 3/2024 dated March 24, 2024 (the “Order”). The purpose of the Order is to carry out analytical work for the Client, including in particular the development, validation and optimization of analytical methods, performance of analyses (including impurity profiling), conduct of forced degradation studies, and execution of stability studies. The scope of work is intended to support the Client’s research and development processes aimed at the commercialization of a biological drug that is currently under development. The studies covered by the Order are key to the assessment and confirmation of the effectiveness of the manufacturing process, ensuring appropriate product quality. In addition, under the Order, data necessary for the registration of the biological product and for confirming its stability will be collected. The planned period of execution of the Order is 8 months and covers the period from May 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The total estimated value of the Order amounts to EUR 3,276,000 (PLN 14,040,280). Consequently, the estimated total value of cooperation with the Client in 2026 will amount to EUR 5,356,238 (PLN 22,955,765). The final value of the services performed under the Order will depend on the number of sample batches provided by the Client for testing. Taking into account the value of the Order as well as the expansion of cooperation between the Client and the Company, the Management Board of the Issuer considers the received Order to be material. Currency conversions in this report were made using the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of March 27, 2026, amounting to EUR 1 = PLN 4.2858.
